Yes, a card is required on file for security purposes. It may be charged if items are missing, damaged, not ready for pickup, or returned late.

If you cancel within 30 days of your event, the full security deposit is non-refundable. We recommend confirming your plans early to avoid cancellation fees.

All orders must be paid in full by the day of delivery. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.

Yes, delivery and pickup services are available. All deliveries are curbside or door-to-door only, and fees are based upon your location.

Items are delivered as close as safely possible to where our truck can park. If you've rented a tent, equipment will be placed underneath it when possible.

All equipment must be restacked the same way it was delivered. Tables and chairs should be taken down and organized to avoid additional charges.

We provide a minimum 4-hour delivery window. Deliveries are often scheduled the day before your event and cannot be changed during the week of your event.

Once your items are delivered, you are responsible for all rented equipment. Be sure to check quantities at delivery and report any issues immediately.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during busy seasons like graduation. Availability becomes very limited by late April for early June events.

Tent capacity depends on size. A 20 ft. wide tent can seat up to 100 guests, while larger tents can accommodate 200 or more. Extra features like dance floors will reduce capacity. For more information, please refer to our Seating Capacity by Tent Size Chart in our Tent Size and Seating Guide.

Common rentals include tents, tables, chairs, table covers, and trash containers. You may also want lighting or food service equipment, depending on your event.

Plan for about one-third of your total guests dancing at any given time to determine the right dance floor size.

Yes, tents must be secured with stakes, and all underground utilities must be marked before installation. The setup cannot proceed without proper preparation.

Yes, all utilities--including sprinkler and septic systems--must be clearly marked in advance. At least 72 hours' notice is required for us to contact MISS DIG.

Yes, the area must be clear of obstacles like branches and wires. You'll also need to provide a site map and mark the tent location or be present during setup.

No, once installation begins, the tent location cannot be changed. Please confirm placement beforehand.

Tents can only be installed and removed in dry conditions. They are temporary structures and should not be used during severe weather.

No, we are not liable for damage or injuries caused by natural events such as wind, rain, or storms. We are also not responsible for damage to underground irrigation systems.
